No ifs, ands, or buts about it. Doesn't matter what you do - just move your body
This will be very similar to Life Should #13. It’s just a necessity of life. I think we sometimes get overwhelmed with our current fitness culture and all these “hard abs” and “beautiful people” touted as our role models. I know I do. I am hopeful that over time this will morph into a more realistic and accepting representation of people. In the meantime, ignore it because your own health is more important. There is absolutely no denying the good feelings and clearer thinking moving your body can create. And the best part, you get to choose what way that is: a quick walk around the block, a bike ride, the gym, a run, yoga, tai chi, must I go on?
